Can you believe tomorrow is March 1? The hardest part of winter is behind us and little tastes of spring remind us of what is to come. I love those days when the air is just a little crisp and you can throw open the windows and get rid of the remnants of the stale winter air.

The new season usually inspires us to spring clean. The thought of a sparkling clean house gets us excited but sometimes after a project or two our ambition starts to fizzle.

What if I told you there was a way to enjoy the benefit of a spring clean without lifting a finger.

I have contacted my sweet friend Allie at Natural Suds Cleaning and Housekeeping http://www.facebook.com/NaturalSudsCleaning?fref=ts (go on over and give her page a like, she is pretty awesome) and she and I want to give one of our lovely MOPS mama's a two hour Spring Cleaning gift certificate. Awesome, huh?

How to enter-
1. You must be a registered MOPS mom at First Baptist of Anoka MOPS.
2. You have to leave a comment on this blog post about your least favorite housekeeping chore.
3. You must be able to demonstrate both the Gangnam Style and Electric Slide...Just kidding.......!
Just the first two!
You have until Thursday March 7, 2013 to enter. A winner will be selected by random.org http://www.random.org/  on Friday March 8, 2013. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page, our blog, and on mail chimp. That way we all will know who wins and we can call and beg them for the prize ;)

Thrifty Thursday-Cheap Entertainment

I hope you all enjoyed our MOPS meeting as much as I did! It is always fun to see what table you'll be at and make new friends. Below are some fun and free/inexpensive activities to enjoy as a family.

Did you know every 3rd Sunday the Children's museum offers FREE admission?  Well, I didn't!  http://www.mcm.org/visitor-information/admission/target-free-3rd-sundays/
